renkon. lotus root. a vegetable i never ate in canada. but will start when i go back. if i can find it. unfortunately my favorite way to eat it is the least healthiest. renkon chips. with a little salt. nice and crispy. dang it. luckily i don't make that at home so i don't eat the often. but i will still miss them.
Renkon chips are the best aren't they?? So very delicious! I hope you get your fill before you leave!
