today was my last day at the kindergarten. now i get a month break. which is always nice. the new school year starts in april. the university i teach part-time at owns the kindergarten. and honestly. i would rather teach the little ones. any day.
i always have a japanese teacher with me. helping me out. with translation. and big class kid control. but in the two afternoon classes i have two teachers in each class. one who has taught with me for the last four years. they are both extra special. and super helpful. and make my job much easier. i wanted to give them a little something. to say thank you. so i made them each a little pinch pouch last night. i was so happy with how they turned out. i think i need to make some more.
Must be so much fun to be teaching little ones at the kindergarten! I always think it be so much fun to have a job likr that teaching little ones in another country. Those little pouches are soooo cute! Just this morning i was thinking if i should also get this pinch pouch frames now that i see what wonderful cute little pouches they can make..i think, i know, i want those frames too!
Have a lovely merry happy day opps i mean night! Love to you!

I've taught all levels from K to Masters, and I'm with you - I love the little ones!
These pouches are so adorable...you don't have the pattern for sale somewhere do you?
I also wanted to say you're amazing! I recived my etsy order here in France today, which is amazing! Thank you for helping me...and I'm kicking myself for not ordering more of that jacks fabric because it is so beautiful!

I definitely think you have to make a pattern for those! It looks like I might end up a teacher too, for a while - I wonder where that will take me, if it happens. As long as the kids don't eat me for breakfast :)

I love the pinch pouches also! So adorable : ) I'm going to find myself some of those frames and give it a go. Love the combination of the natural (linen?) with the pretty colours.

Very cute! I'm getting really into things you can open with one hand while holding the baby in the other. :-)
